The Nanopresso works best with finely ground coffee that is tamped hard. It is delightfully easy to operate and simple to use. The Nanopresso requires 15% less force to pump compared to previous models (1st generation Minipresso). With Nanopresso, the power is in the machine, not in your hands. After each shot, Nanopresso maintenance takes only a few seconds. When necessary, the components of the portafilter are easily separated for deep cleaning.

I have now used the Nanopresso to make really good espresso and coffee in several countries and am continually impressed with how bulletproof the operation is. Find some beans, boil some water and espresso shots are about 60 seconds away! It is fairly forgiving of the grind size also, although the one time I bought pre-ground espresso, the grinds were so fine that I had a hard time getting water through them, so stick with something a little coarser than that. Highly recommended product!
