For our portable espresso machines, we provide a serial number registration card that can extend the warranty period by an additional 6 months if you register your purchase online.

3. WARRANTY SERVICES

If during the warranty period, you encounter any defects or malfunctions in your Wacaco product, please contact our customer support team. We will evaluate the issue and, at our discretion, either repair or replace the product.

4. EXCLUSIONS

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow the product instructions. It also does not cover any incidental or consequential damages.

5. PROOF OF PURCHASE

To make a warranty claim, you will be required to provide proof of purchase, such as a sales receipt or order confirmation

6. RETURN SHIPPING

If a product needs to be returned for warranty service, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product to our designated service center. We will cover the return shipping cost for repaired or replaced products.

7. NON-WARRANTY REPAIRS

If a product issue falls outside the scope of the warranty, we may offer repair services at the customer's expense. In such cases, we will provide an estimate of the repair cost for your approval before proceeding.

Please note that Wacaco policy is to honor product warranties and to perform services only on products purchased from an authorized Wacaco dealer. If you purchase a Wacaco product from an unauthorized dealer or if the original factory serial number has been removed, defaced or altered, your Wacaco warranty will not be valid.
